Frame Care

Your Sevayne frames are crafted from high-quality acetate and metal. With a little care, they'll stay looking their best for years.

Cleaning

• Clean lenses with the soft microfibre cloth included with your frames.
• Rinse under warm water and dry gently — avoid hot water, which can warp acetate.
• Avoid cleaning with tissues, clothing, or paper towels, which can scratch lenses.
• For stubborn marks, use a small drop of washing-up liquid on damp fingers, then rinse and dry thoroughly.

Storage

• Store your frames in the hard case provided when not in use.
• Never leave frames in a hot car or in direct sunlight for extended periods — heat can warp acetate and damage lens coatings.
• Keep frames away from hairspray, perfume, and chemical solvents.

Adjustments

If your frames need adjusting for fit, visit any local optician — most will adjust free of charge. Avoid bending frames yourself, as this can cause them to snap.

Lenses

Sevayne lenses carry a protective coating. Avoid abrasive cleaners and always store your frames lens-down in the case.
