Delivery

United Kingdom: Free standard delivery on all orders. Delivered within 3–5 working days.

International: We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout.

Return Policy

We want you to love your Sevayne frames. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right.

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging including the case and cleaning cloth.
• To start a return, email returns@sevayne.co with your order number.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the credit.

Exchanges

Want a different colour or style? We're happy to exchange. Email hello@sevayne.co and we'll arrange it.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your frames arrive damaged or develop a fault within 30 days, please contact us with photos and your order number. We will replace the item or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
