United Kingdom: Free standard delivery on all orders. Delivered within 3–5 working days.

International: We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout.

Returns

We want you to love your Sevayne frames. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right.

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• To start a return, email returns@sevayne.co with your order number.

Exchanges

Want a different colour or style? We're happy to exchange. Contact us and we'll arrange it.

Faulty or damaged items

If your frames arrive damaged or develop a fault, please contact us within 30 days with photos and we'll replace them or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
