Refund Policy

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Sevayne frames. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging — including the case and cleaning cloth.
  • To start a return, email returns@sevayne.co with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within one business day with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit to your account.

Exchanges

Want a different colour or style? We are happy to exchange. Email us at hello@sevayne.co with your order number and we will arrange it at no extra charge.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your frames arrive damaged or develop a manufacturing fault within 30 days of delivery, please contact us at hello@sevayne.co with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, adjusted, or show signs of use cannot be returned.
